Service Providers — We use trusted third-party companies to help operate the platform, including services for database and authentication, file storage, payment processing, email delivery, and application hosting. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their specific function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Coaching Staff — When you submit a video for analysis, your video and associated profile information (name, skill level, performance stats) are shared with your assigned Perfec'Shot coach to enable a meaningful review.
Legal Requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Perfec'Shot, our users, or the public.
Business Transfer — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice in the app before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your account and performance data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., billing records).
Uploaded videos are retained for 90 days after your coach review is complete, after which they are permanently deleted from our storage systems.
We take the security of your data seriously. Our platform is built with strict access controls at the database level, meaning users can only access their own data. Videos are stored in secure cloud storage with access controlled via time-limited links. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
Our platform is intended for users of all ages, including young athletes. We recognize that some of our users may be under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@perfecshot.com and we will promptly delete that information.
Users under 18 should review this policy with a parent or guardian.
